1. Event Admission 1a. Eligibility: Only undergraduates or post graduates from any biological sciences department from Mumbai or the Mumbai metropolitan region can participate for the event. (Final year students awaiting their degrees can apply.) 1a1: Undergraduates - Students who are in their First, Second or Third year of BSc; or in their First, Second or Third year of BSc-MSc integrated courses 1a2: Post graduates - Students who are in their First of second year of MSc i.e. Part I or Part II; OR in fourth and fifth year of BSc-MSc integrated courses; OR First two years of MSc/PhD integrated courses; OR all MSc by research students 1a3:List of Biological science departments (If your department is not in the list please contact us on +91 9619055959): Agriculture, Applied Biology, Bio analytical sciences, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Botany, Environmental sciences, Food technology, Forensic Sciences, Life sciences, Mariine biology, Medical sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Nutritional sciences, Pharmaceutical sciences, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Toxicology, Veterinary sciences, Zoology. 1a3: Mumbai Metropolitan Region is defined as per the MMRDA. 1a3a: Areas under Municipal Corporations: Greater Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan-Dombivali, Ulhasnagar, Mira-Bhayandar, Bhiwandi-Nizampur, Navi Mumbai, Vasai-Virar, Panvel 1a3b: Areas under Municipal Councils: Ambarnath, Kulgaon, Alibag, Pen, Uran, Matheran, Khopoli, Karjat, Palghar. 1a3c: Areas under Nagar panchayats: Khalapur 1b. Participation: Only one entry by one registered email address is permitted per person. 1c. Registration Fees: There are no registration fees. This event is completely free. 2. Submission and cancellation policy 2a. Only one topic will be accepted from each registered participant. 2b. If any information given during registration is found to be incomplete or incorrect, the registration of the particular participant will not be valid. 2c. ePosters submitted should be original and will not be considered if they are found to be plagiarized. 3. Winners’ Announcement 3a. Scores to be decided by the team of Judges but the final decision is of the event organising company. 3b. Prizes will be distributed via the department of the institute of the respective winners. 4. Barred entries Current and ex-employees, dealers, distributers and other members associated with TechResource cannot participate in the contest. 5. Other Policies Winners will be required to participate in the publicity of the event through their social media handles. All participants should follow any one of our social media pages and also subscibe to our YouTube channel. Submit entries in the PDF format. Size should be below 10 MB. | ||
